Ottmar Ruoff, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board
Ottmar has 30 years senior private banking experience. He was previously Deutsche Banks Deputy Global Head of Private Banking and Managing Partner of Swan Wealth, a family office he co-owned with Deutsche Bank in 2003. Mr Ruoff has also served on the board of Dutch giant, ABN Amro.
Kamil Stender, CEO and Co-Founder
Kamil has more than 10 years banking experience with Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank in London and Frankfurt. His outperformance in private client asset management, has seen him quickly advance through the ranks. He built a good business relationship with Ottmar whilst at Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt, and together they developed their strategy for taking Swan Wealth’s business model to a broader market.
Dr. Christine Menz, Board Member
Dr. Menz holds a Ph.D. in philosophical sciences and an MBA. She advises national and international companies on strategy implementation. She was a vice president and head of corporate affairs and global branding at Alcan Inc., Canada, until 2001, and prior to the merger with Alusuisse Lonza Group was a director and head of global corporate and financial communications.

Guy van der Walt, Vice CEO
Guy has worked extensively with start-up businesses since 1994. His ventures include set up of a supply and distribution channel of industrial coal in South Africa, automation of the charity fundraising process, and data processing, where he developed an extensive database which he uses to raise funds for various charities. Guy joined Helvetia Wealth shortly after its incorporation and is responsible for business development, branding, and together with Kamil, the Company's Merger and Acquisition strategy.
Peter Howe, Managing Director, Head of Trading
With more than 15 years banking and trading experience Peter joined Helvetia Wealth from Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi where he was the Vice President responsible for trading. Whilst there he ran a proprietary trading book of 100m where in 7 years he never had a negative year. He also brought more than 30 new issues to the market including 7 IPOs. Peter also worked in the City of London for two of the largest North American brokerage houses.
Nigel J. Green, Group Sales Director
After an entrepreneurial 10 year career, Nigel sold his real estate business and embraced a new challenge as an equity broker servicing expatriates in the CaribbeanBasin. His consultative strengths coupled with his experience as a senior equity broker produced an enthusiasm and aptitude for Private Banking. Nigel joined Helvetia Wealth as a Relationship Manager and was promoted to Director responsible for Group Sales & Marketing in 2008.
